Adam Saitta has a B.S. in Management Information Systems from UCF and is an A+ Certified PC Technician and Microsoft Certified Professional with over 7 years’ experience in the IT and Telecommunications fields. As an IT Administrator at Terion, Inc. in Melbourne, FL, he was responsible for the setup, integration, and maintenance of all company computers and also served as Network Operations Center Administrator in a 24/7 work environment.
He also operated a computer networking and repair business servicing businesses and residents in the Brevard area. Currently, he manages the Inter-Tel PBX phone system for Ascent Media in Palm Bay, FL and creates crystal reports from a SQL server containing status data for inventory and repair orders under contracts with NBC, FOX, CBS, MTV, Reelz Channel, and Echostar. Position: IT Administrator: Responsible for the Inter-Tel PBX phone system and also maintain all long distance phone numbers with Broad Wing Communications and local POTS lines with Tel-Cove. Designed and installed the company’s Network Operations Center (NOC) by connecting cable from the phone system to the new NOC which created 100 new digital extensions and 50 analog extensions controlled from wall-mounted M66 blocks in an adjacent room. Moved all the data circuits for the satellite operations center into the NOC. Moved all the digital phone extensions for the customer service center into the NOC. Installed M66 blocks into each of the 9 rows in the NOC and interfaced them to the phone system. Ran 2 coax cables and 2 bundles of network cable into each of the 9 rows for video and network connection. Installed 8 patch panels with 48 connections on each behind the NOC and tied them into the main Cisco switch in the computer room. Installed wall outlets all around the NOC with 2 phone and 2 network hookups. Installed a wide-screen TV over the customer service area in the NOC to display phone system statistics using the Reporter Real-Time program. Networked two computers remotely through a router using the Cell Watch program and interfaced them with the in-house cable system to permit monitoring.
Maintain a Crystal Report server running on a Microsoft Windows 2003 server and create reports using Crystal Report developer Version XI. Designed a Microsoft Access 2003 database to monitor all the company sites and the IP configuration of each server installed for Reelz TV.
